Our troop will be helping out at the Rocket City Marathon. It will be on December 9th.
One of Troop 361's oldest and most important community service events is water station support to the Rocket City Marathon. This years water stations are located at the same place as last year in front of Roper Automotive, 816 Dallas St. NE, Huntsville, AL 35801. We need to be there at 6:30 AM so that we can prepare to support both water stations by 10AM. Park on Beirne St or one of the other side streets that are perpendicular to Dallas St. Wear you class B uniform but dress for the weather. Wear Boots because the road will be wet from the water station. Parents and siblings are invited to participate and everyone will receive a t-shirt. List t-shirt size on the sign-up sheet.
