On Saturday, December 8th, our troop will help out at the annual Rocket City Marathon. Every year, we set up a water station for the runners. Wear your class B uniform but dress for the weather because it is cold. Boots are also recommended because there will be a lot of water in the street. We will start setting up the station at 6:30 in the morning. The race starts at 7:00 and we are located around the 3 mile mark, so we have enough time to get enough water for the runners. The route eventually comes back around to us between the 11th and 12th mile marks, so we expect to be done around 10. Park on Beirne St or one of the other side streets that are perpendicular to Dallas St. Your parents and siblings are invited to help us and everyone will get a t-shirt at the end.
