Start the New Year as an Iron Chef
January's outing will be focused on high cuisine and masterful food preparation. Our Iron Chef competition will be from 20-22 January at Camp Jackson (across the river from Scottsboro). We'll test your skills with mystery ingredients at breakfast, a backpacking lunch, then a campfire dinner, to include using a dutch oven.
